I am a driven Sales and Recruitment professional with over ten years of experience in client engagement, storytelling, and results-oriented strategy. I recently earned my Bachelor's degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University and currently serve as National Recruitment Manager at Amergis, where I lead large-scale talent acquisition efforts for school-based professionals across the country. My passion lies in creating meaningful experiences, whether through sales, strategic campaigns, or personalized connections that leave a lasting impact.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to align solutions with people’s goals. At Charter Communications, I achieved top-10 sales status within my first year by combining data-driven insights with creative messaging that spoke directly to client needs. Now, in my current leadership role, I use those same skills to build trust, lead teams, and drive performance on a national scale. My bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish) allow me to connect with diverse audiences in ways that feel authentic and effective.
